Music has always been very important to me as a great source of enjoyment and inspiration. This project came about through an assignment to write, design, and self-publish a book based around an era of design history. I wanted to look into the connection between graphic design and the psychedelic music of the '60s and '70s. The Art & The Sound is all about the history of psychedelic art in music, from album artwork to concert posters. The book also includes a series of posters I created that were inspired by the topic.
